The Plucked Psaltery is one of the oldest stringed instruments known to man. It is the point from which almost all of our modern stringed instruments have evolved.

The Lewis Creek version of the plucked psaltery is a 12 string instrument with a 1 1/2 octave range. It comes with tablature music which is made to sit under the strings so the notes line up under the string to be plucked.

This is a good introductory instrument for children and adults alike- it is not necessary to know how to read music to successfully play!

Special orders require 25% down at the time of order, the balance is due upon completion of the instrument. Additional costs may apply depending on designs requested or availability of exotic hard woods. Call for an estimate.
